Getting started

Connecting your Amazon account

Sign in to DoubleChecked and click Connect Amazon. You'll be taken to Amazon Seller Central to authorise SP-API access. We only request read-only roles needed for auditing — you can review or revoke access at any time from Seller Central.

Understanding your audit

DoubleChecked scans 18 months of FBA activity for lost or damaged inventory, incorrect fees, missing reimbursements, customer return discrepancies, and shipment shortages. Each finding is reviewed before a claim is filed with Amazon.

Tracking your recoveries

Your dashboard surfaces every claim DoubleChecked files on your behalf — the issue type, amount requested, current status, and final reimbursement credited to your account. Filter by marketplace or date to dig deeper.

Frequently asked questions

Most accounts complete an initial scan within a few hours. Larger catalogues with extensive history can take up to 24 hours before the first reimbursement opportunities appear in your dashboard.
