Amazon reimbursement services
DoubleChecked is a managed FBA reimbursement service for EU and US sellers. We audit your account, file the claims Amazon owes you, and charge a 15% success fee only on what is recovered.
What we audit for
Reimbursable errors are spread across inventory ledgers, fee reports and returns data. We reconcile them continuously so nothing falls outside Amazon's claim windows.
Lost and damaged inventory
Units lost in fulfilment centres, damaged in Amazon's care, or destroyed without your authorisation.
Fee and dimension errors
Incorrect size tiers, weight bands and referral fees that quietly overcharge you on every unit sold.
Customer returns and refunds
Refunds issued to customers where the unit was never returned, or was returned unsellable.
Inbound shipment discrepancies
Shipments received short, misrecorded, or never reconciled against what you actually sent in.
What the service includes
A fully managed service — there is no software for your team to learn and no account to set up yourself. VendLab configures DoubleChecked for you after an initial conversation.

How the reimbursement process works
1. Read-only connection
We connect to your Amazon account through SP-API with read-only access, which you can revoke at any time from Seller Central.
2. Continuous audit
Your inventory, fee and returns data is reconciled to surface every discrepancy that qualifies for a reimbursement.
3. Cases filed and tracked
We prepare and submit cases through Seller Central, handle Amazon's responses, and track each recovery to payment.
Find out what Amazon owes you
No upfront cost, no subscription — a 15% success fee on recovered funds only.
DoubleChecked operates in line with Amazon's Selling Partner policies. All reimbursement cases are submitted through Seller Central.
